What data we collect

Watersports Tracker records GPS location, speed, distance, heart rate, and other session metrics while you actively record a session. This data is stored locally on your device.

How we use your data

Your session data is used solely to display your activity statistics, maps, and history within the app. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.

Data storage

Session data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to use iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to improve the app experience. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Third-party services

The app may use Apple HealthKit to read and write workout data. This integration is optional and controlled by you through iOS permissions.

How to delete your data

You are in full control of your data and can delete it at any time:

• Delete a session: Open any recorded session in the app and choose delete to permanently remove it from your device.
• Delete everything: Uninstalling the app permanently removes all session data stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud sync, you can also remove the app's data from your iCloud account in your device settings.

We do not store your personal data on our own servers, and the app does not require an account — so there is no separate deletion request to make. The steps above remove your data completely. Any usage analytics we collect are anonymous and aggregated, and contain nothing that can be traced back to you or any individual user.
