Use of the app

Watersports Tracker is a GPS-based activity tracker for watersports. The app is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for your own safety while on the water.

Accuracy

GPS, speed, and distance measurements are estimates based on your device's sensors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data recorded by the app. Do not rely on the app for navigation or safety decisions.

Intellectual property

The Watersports Tracker name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. Your session data belongs to you.

Limitation of liability

Watersports Tracker is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, injury, or equipment damage. Use the app at your own risk.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
