These spots in La Ventana are known for kitesurfing. Each has its own character and conditions.
The main launch. Sandy beach with cross-shore El Norte wind. Gets busy with kiters in peak season.
Just north of La Ventana. Slightly less crowded. Good for morning SUP before the wind.
Point break to the south. Wind accelerates around the point. Stronger and gustier.
A 9–12m kite covers most El Norte days (18–30 knots). A twin-tip and a strapless board give you flat-water and wave options.
